Collated, complete.With the prize bookplate from Rangi-Ruru, Christchurch, dated 1936. Bound in the publisher's original red cloth. Externally very good, with light rubbing to the extremities and joints. Slight fading to the cloth, with the odd mark. Bookplate to the front endpaper and a few scattered spots to the fore edge. Front hinge is a little strained, but holding firm. Internally, generally firmly bound, plate to page 136 is torn with some loss and plate on page 216 is detached but present.
