The work provides a guide to the sport of boxing, with advice coming from Carpentier's first hand experiences.  In the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally very smart with slight bowing to the boards, light fading to the spine and minimal rubbing to the extremities. The wrap is sound with loss to the tail of the spine and minimal loss to the head, a closed tear to the spine and spine joint, handling marks and small closed tears and chips to the extremities. Light offsetting to the free endpapers. Internally firmly bound with lightly age toned and generally clean pages with light spotting to the front. Very Good Indeed . Ill.: None stated.
