The enduringly popular character has since appeared in a number of television and film adaptations.With the former owner's inscription of James Nash to the head of front wrap of No. 1. In the publisher's original illustrated paper wraps. Light spotting to wrap perimeters, most concentrated to fore edge of No 1 front wrap. Small ink mark to tail of No 2 front wrap.
