MacGill was a commissioner for the final negotiation of the Peace at the Kirk of Steill in May 1559, called the 'Treaty of Upsettlington&apos.Only fifty-two copies of this work were produced. In a quarter morocco binding, with paper covered boards. Significant rubbing to back strip and board perimeters. Significant fading to board perimeters, with handling marks to board centres. Hinges strained, with front hinge tenderly held. Internally, firmly bound. Pages exceptionally bright, with light handling marks throughout. Good . Ill.: None. Good .
