In a full calf binding, with gilt detailing to back strip. Light rubbing to joints and back strip. Rear hinge starting, with board firmly held. Front hinge strained, but holding firm. Former owner's bookplate leaf inserted prior to the title page. Internally, firmly bound. Light spotting to title page, with pages otherwise exceptionally bright.
