It was originally published in monthly instalments over nineteen months, and this is the first edition published in book form. Rebacked, in a signed half calf binding, with back strip laid down. With marbled paper covered boards, and gilt detailing to back strip. Light rubbing to centre of boards. Evidence of bookplate removal to front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound.
