After a mix-up with the flower, the story continues to Africa, as characters try to recover a live specimen of the same Orchid as before.With a contemporary ink inscription dated 1918 to the front endpaper. In the publisher's original cloth, with the original, unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, generally smart, with light soiling to the cloth, particularly to the extremities. Slight fading to the spine and the odd mark. Ink inscription to front endpaper. Dust wrapper is smart, with light edge wear and slightly loss to the head and tail of the spine. Spine is slightly sunned, with the odd mark and light creasing. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean, with a little age toning to page perimeters. Very Good . Ill.: Not Stated.
