The works describe the city of London and it's by-ways, depicting it's beauty and architecture through full colour illustrations and descriptions by the author. In the original publisher's cloth with the original clipped dust wrappers. Undated, dated by copies held at the British library. In the publisher's original cloth with the original clipped dust wrappers. Externally smart with fading to the spine and extremities of the boards with very slight bumping to the extremities. Offsetting and light spotting to the endpapers. The wraps are generally smart with sunning and tidemarks to the spines, marks, creasing and closed tears, heaviest to 'London's By-Ways' with a two inch closed tear to the tail of the rear and a one inch closed tear to the head.
