This pamphlet includes a report of the executive committee and resolutions passes at the first annual conference held at the Offices of the British Iron, Steel, and Kindred Associations on Wednesday 28th March, 1917. With a subscription form to the rear panel. In the original paper binding. Externally, smart with light shelf wear and the odd mark to the boards.
