Anderson wrote this biographical work on the women who supported, died or performed heroic deeds in the name of the reformation, as a remembrance of their actions and help towards the Church of England. In the publisher's original cloth. Externally excellent with only slight bumping to the extremities, slight marks to the boards and very minimal loss to the cloth to the head and tail of the spine. Internally firmly bound with generally bright pages and an ink inscription and a small tidemark to the half title and occasional spotting, heaviest to the front and rear. Very Good . Ill.: J.
