Cordiner wrote these letters to the noted antiquary Thomas Pennant. Collated, complete. In a half calf binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, generally smart, a little rubbed. Spine is lightly faded. Small crack to the head of the front joint and to the head and tail of the rear joint. Spots to the endpapers. Bookseller's label to the front paste down.
