Charles Frederic Moberly Bell (1847-1911) was a British journalist and newspaper editor. He was the managing director of The Times during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally generally smart, with light shelf wear to the extremities, joints and head and tail of the spine. Internally, firmly bound.
