Seize the Day is Bellow's fourth novel and was adapted into a film starring Robin Williams and Jerry Stiller in 1986. This novel tells the story of a day in the life of Tommy Wilhelm, a failed middle-age actor. Wilhelm is separated from his wife, children and father, despite living near to them. This novel shows Wilhelm examining his life, trying to accept the burden of self. In the publisher's original dark green cloth binding, with the original, price-clipped dust wrapper.
