Including a full index to the front of the text. In the original full green cloth binding. Externally, smart with rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Light fading to the spine and the odd mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd handling mark. Spotting and light age toning to the endpapers.
