This volume focuses only on Forehoe, a scarce edition of this published separately from the rest of the work.Blomfield's history began publication in 1738, with subsequent volumes following, though he died before its completion.  This section of Forehoe was originally published in Volume II of Blomfield's work, alongside histories of the Hundreds of Grimshoe, Wayland, and Thetford. Bookplate of Sir John P. Boileau to the front paste down, with his named in gilt to the tail of the spine. Boileau was an archaeologist, and High Sheriff of Norfolk. In a half calf binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, generally smart, with loss of paper to the front board. Light bumping to the extremities. Minor rubbing to the boards and spine. Light bumping to the extremities. Small cracks to the head and tail of the front joint. Bookplate to the front paste down. Prior owner's ink inscription to the verso of the front endpaper and recto of the front free endpaper.
