This beautifully presented work is comprised of information on a number of watercolour artists, paired with tipped-in copies of their work, alongside a description. This includes work by Theodore Rousseau, Eugene Delacroix, Vincent Van Gogh, Edouard Manet and many more. In the original publisher's cloth binding, with the original dust wrapper. Externally, lovely, with very light fading to the extremities and the occasional light handling mark. Dust wrapper is in excellent condition, with light sunning to the extremities and to the spine. One tear to the wrap at the head of the front board, with tape repair to the rear. Dust wrapper has been clipped to the inside front flap. The odd small mark to the wrap. Internally, firmly bound.
