Illustrated by Louis Chalon, a French artist who exhibited classically inspired paintings. In the original green cloth binding. Externally, smart with rubbing and light bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine and the odd small mark to the board. Front joint starting but firm to volume one. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot.
