Description: London, Stirling, 1810. Paperback. A very scarce pamphlet of poetry from the Royal Scots Fusiliers. Scarce work. Dated from the British Library. A collection of verses from the Royal Scots Fusiliers. The Royal Scots Fusiliers were a line infantry regiment of the British Army from 1678 until 1959. The regiment saw combat at the Battle of New Orleans during the War of 1812, and took part in the Siege of Bergen op Zoom in March of 1814 during the Napoleonic Wars. Bound in contemporary paper wraps, with the original pamphlet bound in. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear and minor ageing to the wraps. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean though discoloured from ageing. The odd small closed tear. Good . Ill.: None. Good .
