Description: [Edinburgh], -, [c1827]. Disbound. A scarce report concerning changes to the law governing proceedings in the Supreme Courts of Scotland. In this scare report, the Faculty of Advocates and Solicitors suggest amendments to the Act of Sederunt in the the Supreme Courts of Scotland. The Act of Sederunt is secondary legislation made by the Court of Session to regulate the proceedings of Scottish courts and civil tribunals. The present report makes a case for repealing existing acts within the law, consolidating others, and improving the forms of process in the court. Prior owner's ink inscription to the front page, 'Patrick Esquire. 32 Albany&apos. Disbound. Externally, generally smart. Excepting the head and tail of the spine, the majority of the original calf remains to the spine. The outer pages are a little grubby.
