He supports his view with reference to the South Sea Bubble, and Britain's commercial interests in the East and West Indies. Unbound, as issued. Externally, light handling marks to title page and final leaf. Internally, generally firmly bound, but with final gathering working loose and very weakly held. Pages generally clean and bright.
