Undated. Dated using WorldCat from estimations of McMaster University in Canada. In the publisher's original paper wraps. Externally, smart. Missing a little wrap to a couple of the extremities. The spine is a little rubbed, and there is a two-inch tear along the spine from the head to the centre. Internally, the text block is disbound from the wraps, but is firmly bound.
