Some loss to the leather to the corners, where it has been rubbed. Shelf wear to the boards. Hinges are tender. Title page to page 11 are starting to come loose, but the rest of the pages are firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean except for the odd spot to the first and last few pages. Good .
