Externally, smart. Very lightly rubbed to the boards, a little more to the joints. There are some small black marks to the spine, which is a little bumped to the head and tail. Internally, generally firmly bound, with the gutter visible at a few points across the text. Lightly foxed to the front and the rear, with light scattered foxing to the fore edge of some pages.
