The Blitz of 1940-1 destroyed the company's head quarters, which included originals for most of their series, and the company never recovered. In the original publisher's full cloth bindings, printed on fabric. Externally sound with light creasing to to leaves of 'My Alphabet Book' and general light soiling. Internally, firmly bound.
