Many of the poems are originals, though some are transcribed by the Astons by other writers, including some interspersed poems by Clifford himself.Compiled and edited by Arthur Clifford, who searched for the Aston family papers.Institutional label of C. and J. Ollier's English and French Public Library to the front paste down. Bookplate of Richard Luckett to the front paste down. In a half calf binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, rubbed, heavier to the boards. Spine and rear joint are faded. Minor bumping to the extremities. Evidence of a label being formerly adhered to the front board. Boards are a little discoloured to the extremities, with some minor marks. A little loss of paper too the tail of the rear board. Bookplate and an institutional label to the front board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are a little age-toned with some spotting, and a tide mark to the first few pages. Good . Ill.: Not Stated. Good .
