In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding. Externally, fair. There is some bumping to the head of the spine and to the extremities. There is some loss to the rear of the spine. The cloth to the head of the spine is worn and working loose. The hinges are starting and held by cords only, with the front hinge being delicate and requires careful handling.
