Two volumes of A Calendar of the Inner Temple Records.  Volumes one and two of A Calendar of the Inner Temple Records. The Calendars of the Inner Temple Records 1505 to 1845 are the transcribed records of the Inner Temple Archives and contain the proceedings of the meetings of the Bench Table and the Inn"s own Parliament.The first volume is from Henry VII (1505) to Elizabeth (1603) with two plates. The second volume is from James I (1603)-Restoration (1660) with a folding frontispiece and one plate. Collated, complete. In quarter leather binding with cloth covered boards. Externally, generally smart with marks to the spines and bumping to the head and tail of the spines. Tape to the bottom of the spines and some marks to the boards. Previous owner stamp to the front pastedowns. Front hinge starting to volume two. Rear hinge is weak to volume one. Library bookplates to the rear pastedown and free endpaper of volume two.
