Lacking two spine labels, with a further six featuring significant losses. Volume I joints starting, with front board tenderly held by one cord only, and rear board holding firm. Remaining joints - with the exception of the rear of volume VIII - all starting, and firmly held. Front free endpaper of volume I detached and loosely inserted. Internally, firmly bound.
