In a half calf binding, with paper covered board. Rubbing to back strip head and tail, joints and board perimeters, resulting in small losses to the leather. Further losses to paper covering of each board. Hinges strained, but generally firmly held. Lacking front free endpaper. Pencil inscriptions to front pastedown and rear free endpaper.
