Dated 1910, Gillan explains that 'I am directed to forward for your use a green leather bound copy of the pamphlet containing papers connected with the Industrial Conference held at Naini Tal in August 1907&apos.Pandit Sunder Lal's bookplate - identifying him as an Advocate at the Allahabad high court - appears to the front pastedown.Consisting of a contents page followed by ninety leaves of text and charts, this work contains an account of correspondences and notices associated with the Industrial Conference held in Naini Tal in 1907, 'to consider how industrial enterprise can best be encouraged in these provinces, and to endeavour to frame a system of industrial education suited to their needs&apos.With a label identifying this work as 'Bound at the Govt.
