Includes the essay, Note on the Polish Problem, which was not published outside of this volume. According to Cagle, the book comes in three states. This is the third, with 'sea' correctly spelt in the table of contents. In the publisher's original green cloth binding. Externally, smart with just some minor shelf wear. Lightly bumped to the head and tail of the spine, with some marginal wear to the extremities. Some light offsetting to the front and rear endpapers.
