A very scarce copy, more commonly found in the 1912 edition. Rarely seen on the market, found in five institutional libraries including the British Library and the Library of Scotland. Illustrative of various details in various styles of furniture and decoration including gothic, Moorish, modern French, Elizabethan, &c. Compiled by Herbert E Binstead, editor of 'Furniture Record.' With numerous leaves of advertisements to front and rear. Lavishly illustrated with one-hundred and thirty-six plates of illustrations. Collated, complete. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally a trifle rubbed with shelf wear, bumped to head and tail of spine and extremities, boards lightly marked. Previous ownership inscription to front free endpaper dated 1907. Binding split to p. 2, 128, and 145, held by three cords only. Pages generally very clean throughout. Good . Ill.: Not Stated.
