Involved in an agrarian faction seeking to reform Parliament, abolish "rotten boroughs", restrain foreign activity, and raise wages, with the goal of easing poverty among farm labourers and small land holders. In the original brown cloth binding. Externally, a trifle rubbed with bumping to the extremities. Loss to the spine and cloth fraying or curling to the edges. The odd mark to the board.
