Externally sound, with wear and a couple of small losses to the boards presumably caused by insect damage, a little bumping to the spine and some faint marks to the front board. Gilt to the front board remains bright. The frontispiece and pages 31 to 55 are detached; the remainder of the volume is firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean.
