Externally, smart with some shelf wear to the edges. Spine is darkened with spotting. Two small closed tears to the upper spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages lightly age-toned but otherwise bright and clean. Small puncture to page xi. The odd spot throughout. Closed tear of about one inch to the left edge of the folding map.
