The second volume contains chapter XXXV, The Origin of Tanks and Smoke, to chapter LXVI, At the Ministry of Munitions. The third volume contains from chapter LXVII, The Munitions Budget, to chapter XCVIII, The End of the World Crisis, also with an Appendices and Index. These three volumes are fully illustrated with photographs, drawings and maps throughout the text. Undated, dated from Jisc. In half morocco binding with cloth covered boards.
