With an introduction by Sheridan's great-grandson, the Marquess of Dufferin and Ava. Richard Brinsley Sheridan was an Irish satirist, playwright, poet and politician. This edition includes plays such as 'The Rivals', 'The Duenna', and 'The School for Scandal.' In Bicker's and Son signed half calf binding and cloth boards. Externally, very smart. There is some minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. The front hinge is strained. Internally, firmly bound. The pages are very bright and clean with some minor aging.
