Comprising of a colour frontispiece, eighteen full page plates and numerous engraved vignette illustrations throughout. Collated complete. A delightful work regarding the geography and culture of Switzerland. In a full cloth decorative binding. Externally, very smart with some shelf wear to the edges and fading to the spine. Light marks to the boards. The odd spot to the paste-downs and free endpapers. Binder label to the rear paste-down. Internally, firmly bound. Foxing to the frontispiece and tissue guard.
