He wrote the lyrics to Edward Elgar"s Coronation Ode, the finale of which is the patriotic song "Land of Hope and Glory". His literary criticism, poems, and volumes of essays were highly regarded. He was also noted as an author of ghost stories. In the original paper boards. Externally smart, with a little bumping to the extremities. The spine is also sunned, and there are some small marks to the rear board. Internally, firmly bound.
