He then explains in great but accessible detail about situations in which land surveying is used, including measuring water, land, hay, and many other agricultural uses.Bookplate of The Royal Agricultural Society of England to the front paste down, with their stamp to a couple of pages. Rebound in a cloth binding. Externally, smart, with a few light marks. Very minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Hinges are starting but firm. Bookplate to the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned with some spots. Closed tear to the title page, and a small patch of blue wrap adhered to the tail. Institutional stamp to a couple of pages.
