His work is likely inspired by his time completing his national service in the Royal Air Force. All are in the original publisher's cloth bindings with unclipped dust wrappers. All are externally excellent. 'Faith' is in half cloth binding. The dust wrapper is slightly worn to the extremities and has old price sticker to the front. There is some minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine. Small tear to the top corner of the front free endpaper. The dust wrapper of 'Hope' is slightly worn to the extremities and has old price sticker to the front. Very minor bumping to the head of the spine. The dust wrapper of 'Charity' is slightly worn, more so than the other books, particularly along the top edge and the head of the spine. There is some minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine.
