Through her first marriage she was a Countess, and later married Frank Russell, who was the elder brother of the Nobel prize winning Bertrand Russell.Two pages of adverts to the rear. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with some marks and discolouration to the front board and spine. Very light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Some spots to the fore edge. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound.
