In the preface, this gentleman described Gotzberg as 'a native of Germany' with 'some knowledge of Werter's family&apos.Illustrated with an engraved frontispiece and six further plates, from Hopwood. Collated, complete.With six pages of publisher's advertisements to the rear. In the original paper covered boards. Contemporary owner's inscription to front board, and further marks to boards. Back strip absent. Rear board held by one cord only. Front joint starting, with board holding firm. Internally, firmly bound.
