Printed on thick handmade paper.This book reproduces her art from her early works presented by her to John Ruskin and other friends, the first edition. Collated, complete with a monochrome frontispiece and twenty lovely coloured plates tipped in. Rear wrap and fly leaf of the very scarce dust wrapper loosely inserted. In the original publisher's duo-tone full cloth binding. Externally lovely with minor shelf wear only. Loosely inserted is the rear wrap of the very scarce dust wrapper, chipped and soiled with some age toning. Internally, firmly bound. Light minor spotting to the odd leaf, otherwise the pages are generally bright and clean. Collated, complete with a monochrome frontispiece and twenty lovely coloured plates.  Near Fine .
