He wrote extensively about nineteenth century military conflicts, and was a military correspondent for 'The Times&apos. With an introduction by Field-Marshal Viscount Wolseley, commander-in-chief of the British Army.Collated, complete. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. A bit of wear to the extremities, spine, as well as to the bands of joints. A few marks to rear board.
