Addressed to a 'dear Paul', he invites his friend to meet before returning to Asia. In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally rather worn, the front and rear wrap detached from the spine and loose, chipped to the extremities, with some loss to the rear wrap and spine. A touch of sunning to the spine. A letter handwritten and signed by the author is loosely inserted, inked on a Travellers Club of Pall Mall sheet. Addressed to a 'dear Paul', he invites his friend to meet before returning to Asia. Loosely inserted are also an announcement plate of a memorial meeting tribute to Tom Harrisson and a copy in facsimile of a letter from the University of Sussex to Harrison. Internally, firmly bound.
