With a historical sketch of Ireland's affairs. In uniform quarter calf bindings over cloth covered boards. Externally rather worn with shelf wear and rubbing to the spine and boards, some scuffing to the leather and a slight chipping to the extremities. With a minor cracking to the upper joint of vol. III pt. II. holding firm. With Henry Brouncker's bookplate to the front pastedowns. Internally, generally firmly bound. The binding is tender to p. 402 vol. I part I.
