Externally rather worn with some shelf wear and bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities, sunning to the spine to each volume and the occasional board. General light soiling and minor markings to the boards. With some damp damage to the boards of Le Mauvais Genie, Sans Famille I, particularly considerable to the rear board of Le Jeune Chef de Famille and the front board of La Fortune de Gaspard. Signed by Madge Miller to the front free endpaper, one by Margaret Miller to the front free endpaper. Internally, the hinges of the occasional volume are only slightly strained, holding firm. The volumes firmly bound. Some damp damage to the leaves of Mon Oncle et Mon Cure, Le Mauve Genie, Le Beau Temps, with some staining marking to the margins and a slight cockling. Tidemarks to the leaves of Le Jeune Chef de Famille, and La Fortune de Gaspard, causing some cockling. With a minor faint general light spotting scattered throughout, although most pages appear generally bright and clean. Some age toning to the occasional volume, as usual. Good . Ill.: None. Good .
