She was an English socialite and through her mother was allegedly the illegitimate granddaughter of King Edward VII. In the publisher's original blue cloth binding with gilt stamping to the front board and spine. Externally, very smart, with a few small marks to the boards and a small amount of bumping to the head and tail of spine and extremities. Internally, hinges strained but firm.
