Halsey was an English Conservative Party politician who sat in the House of Commons for thirty-two years at the end of the nineteenth and early twentieth century. In a half crushed morocco binding. Externally very smart, with some slight rubbing to the extremities and the head of the spine. Ex libris bookplate to the front pastedown; stamps to the front blank.
